TERMS
OF USE

1.1  A limited liability company under Maltese law under the name "STOIXIMAN LIMITED", with Maltese company registration number C95597, having its registered office in Malta (Flat B8, The Atrium, West Street, Msida, MSD 1731) and maintaining a Branch in Greece under the name "STOIXIMAN LTD HELLAS" (G.E.M.I.: 155539301001), with its registered office at 111 Neratziotisis Street, Maroussi, Attica, P.O. Box 15124, P.O. Box: 996807447 - D.O.Y. Athens Tax Office, occasionally organizes contests on the Stoiximan/nation.gr website (hereinafter "Stoiximan Nation").

1.2 Stoiximan Nation will draw different prizes, clearly stated in each individual contest. The time period of each contest, the date of the winner(s), the method of participation, the number of winners and the detailed description of the prizes will be specified in an announcement on the Stoiximan Nation website. Each Stoiximan Nation contest is characterized by full transparency, compliance with the necessary and statutory conditions of confidentiality and strict adherence to the agreed terms without discrimination in favor of or against certain participants. The prizes will have three different categories (Gold, Silver and Bronze).

In order for a user to be eligible to participate in each draw, depending on the above categories, he/she must meet the following requirements respectively:

  1. Bronze Prize: Must be a verified member of Stoiximan.
  2. Silver Prize: Must be a verified member of Stoiximan and either a new member of Stoiximan Nation (who has registered with Stoiximan Nation within the last 7 days) or a verified member of Stoiximan who has made deposits totaling at least €10 in the last 30 days.
  3. Gold Prize: Must be a verified member of Stoiximan and either a new member of Stoiximan Nation (who has registered with Stoiximan Nation within the last 7 days) or a verified member of Stoiximan who has made deposits totaling at least €100 in the last 30 days.

1.3 The prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

  • Trips combined with tickets, VIP tickets or season tickets for sporting events

  • Visits to sports facilities, including meet-and-greet opportunities with athletes

  • Participation in athlete award ceremonies

  • Memorabilia (e.g. signed team jerseys, balls, etc.)

  • Prizes redeemable at partner businesses (e.g. efood discount code, Cosmote TV monthly subscription, etc.)

  • Prizes redeemable exclusively on the Stoiximan platform (Free Bets and Free Spins)

  1. All registered and verified Stoiximan members who have reached the age of 21 and are residents of Greece are eligible to participate in Stoiximan Nation competitions. Valid entries in each competition will be deemed to be those who have fully, truthfully and correctly completed all fields and entry steps defined as mandatory by Stoiximan. Employees or those employed or engaged in any employment relationship with Stoiximan, as well as first-degree relatives, are excluded from the competitions.
  2. Participation in Stoiximan Nation contests requires the member to log in to Stoiximan Nation and click participate. Each person is only eligible to participate once in each contest.
  3. Login to Stoiximan Nation requires member verification (by mobile phone number or email) through an authentication process.   
  4. The draw to determine the winner(s) of each competition will take place on the basis of an electronic draw at Stoiximan's offices, 111 Neratziotisis Street, Maroussi Athens and will include all valid entries of each contest. The draws will take place on the next working day after the end of each contest.   
  5. The announcement of the names of the winners of each draw will be made up to five (5) business days after the draw and the names of the winners will be posted on the Stoiximan Nation website. Acceptance of the prizes constitutes the unconditional approval and consent of the respective winner(s) to the use of their names and photographs on the Stoiximan Nation website and any other Stoiximan social media.
  6. Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes. In the event that a winner is unable to accept or receive the prize, then it will go to the first runner-up, and if the last runner-up is unable to accept or receive the prize, then it will go to the second runner-up, and so on.

In the event that a Winner refuses to accept the prize or fails to take the necessary actions to engage with Stoiximan within 24 hours of being notified by Stoiximan (by providing any personal information that may be requested by Stoiximan), the Winner expressly agrees and accepts that he/she waives any and all claims and demands against Stoiximan. In cases where in any way the conditions of participation have not been complied with, Stoiximan shall be entitled to refuse to deliver the prize and shall be released from any and all liability.

  1. Regarding the prizes of travel packages, tickets and material gifts (jerseys, balls, etc.), we will be notified by phone in case of victory. For prizes relating to the Stoiximan platform, electronic communication will be made via email.  In all cases, the names of the winners for each competition will be posted on the Stoiximan Nation website.

Stoiximan accepts no responsibility in the event of any unsuccessful attempts to contact the winner / runner-up (such as, but not limited to: the contact details provided are not correct or the contact number provided is not answered or in the case of a call to a mobile phone being deactivated etc., or in the event that he/she failed to receive his/her prize) and reserves the right to award the prize to the runners-up.

  1. Participation in each contest requires and constitutes unconditional consent and acceptance of the terms of participation in each contest on the part of the participant - candidate, who must read them carefully before registering to participate in each contest.   
  2. Stoiximan reserves the right to modify, withdraw, extend or reduce the duration of any contest, to change the prizes offered with other prizes of equal or equivalent value in its sole discretion, without further notice, in its reasonable discretion to the participants, as well as to change the terms and dates of participation or to cancel the contest. Entrants acknowledge and unconditionally accept that the competition may be affected, or temporarily suspended, or permanently cancelled, due to internet or telecommunications system problems, for which Stoiximan shall not be liable, provided that this is an event outside its sphere of influence and control.
  3. Stoiximan has the right to disregard any entry it deems to be offensive, malicious or contrary to the rules of the contest and morality.
  4. Stoiximan's liability is limited to the distribution of the prizes and Stoiximan does not bear or assume any other obligation or liability to the participants - nominees or any third party for any reason whatsoever. Stoiximan and any of its affiliated companies, its employees and officers are not liable for any legal and/or factual defects in the prizes and shall have no liability, criminal or civil, to the winner(s) or any third party for any accident and/or damage directly or indirectly related to the prize and its use.
  5. The specific terms and conditions of any Stoiximan Nation contest will prevail over these terms and conditions as being more specific and subsequent.
  6. Any dispute that may arise in connection with the contests between the participants - candidates who will participate on the one hand and Stoiximan on the other hand and which is directly or indirectly related to the contests will be heard in accordance with the Law of Greece and under the exclusive local jurisdiction of the Athens Courts.
