TERMS
OF USE

1.1 The private limited liability company incorporated under the laws of Malta under the corporate name “STOIXIMAN LIMITED”, with Maltese company registration number C95597, having its registered office in Malta (35, Triq id-Dejqa, Valletta VLT 1434, Malta), and maintaining a branch in Greece under the name “STOIXIMAN LTD GREEK BRANCH” (G.E.MI. No.: 155539301001), with its registered address at 268 Kifisias Avenue, Chalandri, Attica, Northern Athens Sector, 15232, Tax Identification Number (A.F.M.): 996807447 – KEFODE Attica, organizes from time to time competitions on the Stoiximan/nation.gr website (hereinafter “Stoiximan Nation”). 

1.2 Stoiximan Nation will draw different prizes, clearly stated in each individual contest. The time period of each contest, the date of the winner(s), the method of participation, the number of winners and the detailed description of the prizes will be specified in an announcement on the Stoiximan Nation website. Each Stoiximan Nation contest is characterized by full transparency, compliance with the necessary and statutory conditions of confidentiality and strict adherence to the agreed terms without discrimination in favor of or against certain participants.In order for a user to be eligible to participate in each draw, they must be a registered and verified member of Stoiximan.

The number of prizes awarded in each competition may vary.

1.3 The prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

  • Trips combined with tickets, VIP tickets or season tickets for sporting events
  • Visits to sports facilities, including meet-and-greet opportunities with athletes
  • Participation in athlete award ceremonies,
  • Memorabilia (e.g. signed team jerseys, balls, etc.)
  • Prizes redeemable at partner businesses (e.g. efood discount code, Cosmote TV monthly subscription, etc.)
  • Prizes redeemable exclusively on the Stoiximan platform (Free Bets and Free Spins)

1.4 Eligibility to participate in the Stoiximan Nation competitions is granted to all registered and verified members of Stoiximan who are at least 21 years of age and residents of Greece. Valid entries in each competition will be considered those that have fully, truthfully, and correctly completed all fields and participation steps designated as mandatory by Stoiximan.

Employees or individuals employed under any form of work relationship with Stoiximan, as well as their first-degree relatives, are excluded from participation in the competitions.

1.5 To participate in the Stoiximan Nation competitions, the member must log in to Stoiximan Nation and click the participation button. Each individual is entitled to participate only once in each competition.

1.6 Access to Stoiximan Nation requires member authentication (via mobile phone number or email) through an identity verification process.

1.7 The draw for selecting the winner(s) of each competition will be conducted through an electronic lottery at the Stoiximan offices, located at 268 Kifisias Avenue, Chalandri, Attica, Northern Athens Sector, 15232, and will include all valid entries of the respective competition. The draws will take place on the next working day following the end of each competition.

1.8 The announcement of the winners’ names for each draw will take place within five (5) working days following the respective draw, and the winners’ names will be posted on the Stoiximan Nation website. Acceptance of the prizes constitutes the unconditional approval and consent of the respective winner(s) for the use of their names and photographs on the Stoiximan Nation page, as well as on any other Stoiximan social media channels.

1.9 The prizes are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prizes. In the event that a winner is unable to accept or receive the prize, it will be awarded to the first alternate winner, and if that person is also unable to accept it, to the second alternate, and so on.

If a winner refuses to accept the prize or fails to take the necessary actions within 24 hours of being notified by Stoiximan (including providing any personal details that may be requested), they explicitly agree that they waive any right or claim against Stoiximan.

In cases where, for any reason, the participation terms have not been met, Stoiximan reserves the right to refuse the delivery of the prize and is released from any liability.

1.10 Regarding travel packages, tickets, and physical gifts (such as jerseys, balls, etc.), winners will be notified by telephone in the event of a win. For prizes related to the Stoiximan platform, communication will be conducted electronically via email.

In all cases, the names of the winners for each competition will be published on the Stoiximan Nation website.

Stoiximan shall bear no responsibility in the event of any unsuccessful attempt to contact the winner/alternate (for example, if the contact details provided are incorrect, if the phone number does not answer, or if a mobile phone is switched off, etc., or in cases where the winner fails to collect their prize). In such cases, Stoiximan reserves the right to award the prize to the alternates.

1.11 Stoiximan bears no responsibility for any malfunctions of networks, systems, software, or electronic communication channels, including but not limited to email, SMS, push notifications, or in-platform messages, which may result in incorrect, accidental, or inaccurate notification to a participant regarding their selection as a winner and/or their entitlement to any prize.

A participant shall be considered a final, valid, and rightful winner only if their selection is confirmed by Stoiximan’s official internal electronic records and approved control mechanisms, and not as a result of any technical, system, typographical, or human error. Any winning notification, including automated messages, that is clearly contrary to the specific terms of the respective promotion or caused by a malfunction or error shall be considered a “Manifest Error”.

In the event that a Manifest or System Error is identified, Stoiximan reserves the right to cancel the relevant notification, refuse the delivery of the prize and related benefits, and restore the promotion data, where possible, to its pre-error state, informing the participant of the error as soon as possible.

The participant acknowledges and agrees that in the event of any system, technical, typographical, or human error, no right to receive the prize shall arise, nor any claim for compensation or any alternative consideration against Stoiximan, to the extent that the relevant notification or information is attributable to such error according to Stoiximan’s internal records and systems.

1.12 Participation in each competition presupposes and constitutes the participant’s unconditional consent and acceptance of the terms and conditions of each competition. The participant is obliged to read them carefully before entering any competition.

1.13 Stoiximan reserves the right to modify, revoke, extend, or shorten the duration of each competition, to change the prizes offered with others of equal or equivalent value at its discretion, without prior notice, and at its fair judgment towards participants, as well as to amend the terms and dates of participation or to cancel the competition.

Participants acknowledge and unconditionally accept that the competition may be affected, temporarily suspended, or permanently cancelled due to internet or telecommunications system issues, for which Stoiximan shall bear no responsibility, provided that such events are beyond its sphere of influence and control.

1.14 Stoiximan reserves the right not to take into account any entry that it considers to be offensive, malicious, or contrary to the rules of the respective competition and to good morals.

1.15 Stoiximan’s responsibility is limited to the provision of the prizes and it does not bear or assume any other obligation or liability towards participants – applicants or any third party for any reason whatsoever. Stoiximan and any companies affiliated with it, as well as its employees and executives, shall not be held responsible for any legal and/or factual defects of the prizes and shall bear no civil or criminal liability towards the winner(s) or any third party for any accident that may occur and/or any damage directly or indirectly related to the prize and its use.

1.16 The specific terms of each Stoiximan Nation competition shall prevail over these terms as being more specific and later in time.

1.17 Any dispute that may arise in relation to the competitions between the participants – applicants on the one hand and Stoiximan on the other, which is directly or indirectly related to the competitions, shall be governed by Greek law and shall be subject to the exclusive territorial jurisdiction of the courts of Athens.
