1. Description/Timeframe of the contest

1.1 The competition belongs to the Bronze category and participation requires registered Stoiximan members who are at least 21 years of age and have an active account to be eligible to participate.

In the contest, the following prizes will be drawn:

• 1st prize (Position 1): One winner will win a double invitation for the Olympiacos - Rangers football game that will take place on 07/11/24 at the "G. Karaiskakis".
• 2nd prize (2nd to 50th place): 49 winners will get 100 Free Spins.

1.2. Its duration, during which Stoiximan members will be able to submit their entries, will be from 21/10/2024 at 00:01 until 03/11/2024 23:59.

1.3 The draw will take place on 04/11/2024 using electronic means that will ensure both the randomness of the selection and the impossibility of human intervention.

1.4 The draw will result the following:

• 1 winner and 10 runners-up

1.5 Each participating member is solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information submitted. In the event that any incomplete or inaccurate information is submitted, Stoiximan has the right throughout the duration of the contest, as well as after its end, to exclude it from the process, even at the prize delivery stage, without any claim or demand on its part.

1.6 Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.

2. Winners' Information - Prize Claim

2.1 The communication (by phone and/or email) with the winners of the prizes, for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, is undertaken by the company CARE DIRECT S.A., located at Premetis 2 - Agios Dimitrios 17342, with Tax ID 095594723.

2.2 Specifically, within two (2) working days from the Draw and the identification of the Winners, CARE DIRECT S.A. will contact the Winners by telephone to inform them that they have won the Prize. During this communication, each Winner will be asked (a) if they accept the recording of the call, (b) if they accept the Prize and (c) if they agree to consent to the processing of their personal data. If he/she answers in the affirmative to the above, he/she will be asked to provide his/her full details for each type of prize (or any additional details deemed necessary) to confirm his/her identity when giving each prize. If a Winner refuses the recording of the call, the process of delivery of their prize cannot proceed and their entry will be cancelled. If a Winner fails to respond within (2) two (2) business days or communication with the Winner is not possible for any reason not involving the Organizer or the Organizer's associates, e.g. voicemail, wrong phone, phone stolen, no answer, etc, or declares that he/she does not accept his/her Prize, then his/her participation will be CANCELLED and the Prize will be passed on to the first runner-up for whom the above procedure will be similarly followed, and so on.

3. Invitation for Olympiacos - Rangers

2. Double VIP invitation for the Olympiacos - Rangers football match that will take place on 07/11/24 at the "G. Karaiskakis".

The prize is a double invitation for the winner and an accompanying person for the above match.

The notification to Stoiximan should be made by the winner by sending the full name and social security number of the winner and his/her companion to nation@stoiximan.gr.

Stoiximan will then issue the named invitations and send them electronically to the winner at the email address used to update and reserve the invitations.

3.2 The participant declares that he/she has read, understood and expressly and unconditionally agrees with the General Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Stoiximan and CARE DIRECT S.A. are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third parties and any claim of the winner is directed to the final service providers, such as airline, transport companies, hotels, etc.).

3.4 The Winner and the accompanying person(s) consent to the collection and processing of their personal data which are deemed necessary for the award of the prize.

4. Free Spins

2nd Prize: Free Spins

4.1 Winners will be notified via email and personal message to their Stoiximan account.

4.2 The Free Spins (worth €0.10 each) will be active for 7 days from the date of activation and can be used on the Stoiximan Football Cash Collect (Playtech) slot.

4.3 Any winnings from the Free Spins are immediately withdrawable and have no wagering requirements.

5. Personal Data

5.1 As part of the contest, Stoiximan collects the personal data deemed necessary for participation in the contest, the selection of the winner, Stoiximan's communication with the winner and the attendant chosen by the winner and the awarding of the prize.

The data that will be collected in order to run and participate in the contest is the full name, email address, mobile phone and username of the Stoiximan account.

Stoiximan processes data transparently, respectfully and by applying all required technical security measures in full compliance with the relevant applicable European and national legislation. Stoiximan shall transfer such data to Care Direct who will process the data on the instructions and under the instructions of the Organizer.

These data will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, in the context of this contest.

5.2 By sending the aforementioned personal data to the Organizer via email, the winner and/or the accompanying person actively and expressly provide their prior consent to the processing of the data for the purpose of awarding the prize.

5.3 Consent can be withdrawn by either the winner or his/her companion at any time by sending an email to dpo-office@stoiximan.gr .

Any request for revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to and including the date of that request. However, failure to provide the data, provision of incorrect or inaccurate data, or a request to withdraw consent before the prize is awarded will result in the prize being awarded to the next winner who meets the conditions of the contest.

This data will not be retained by Stoiximan after the end of this contest.

5.4 Stoiximan, only if it has received the prior express consent of the winner and the accompanying member via a specific written consent form, reserves the right to publish and use for promotional purposes the list of winners, photographs, film and video and possibly use any news item related to the awarding and realisation of the prizes of the contest, provided that this is only for the promotional purpose of the contest in question.  In particular, detailed information regarding such processing, if and when it applies to the specific contest, will be provided to the winner(s) at the time the contest prize is awarded.

5.5 Under the legislation on the protection of personal data, participants, the winner and his/her companion have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, portability of their data, opposition to processing, restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, e.g. the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
