TRAVEL TO THE EUROPA LEAGUE MATCH OF YOUR CHOICE

1. Description/Timeframe of the contest

1.1 Every new member of Stoiximan Nation can participate in the competition completely free of charge for 7 days from their registration. For the already existing members, the contest belongs to the Gold category and participation in it requires a deposit(s) of a total value of 100€ in the last 30 days in your Stoiximan account. Only registered Stoiximan members who are at least 21 years of age and have an active account are eligible to participate.

In the contest, the following prizes will be drawn:

• 1st prize (1st Place):  Trip for two (2) people to any location of the winner’s choice among those included in the 1st matchday of the UEFA Europa League. Airfare, accommodation, and tickets for the selected match are included.
• 2nd prize (2nd Place): Shopflix gift card worth 300€
• 3rd prize (Places  3-7): Official UEFA Europa League ball
• 4rth prize (Places 8-100): 100 Free Spins.

1.2 Its duration, during which Stoiximan members will be able to submit their entries, will be from 07/7/2025 at 00:01 until 10/8/2025 23:59.

1.3 The draw will take place on 11/8/2025 using electronic means that will ensure both the randomness of the selection and the impossibility of human intervention.

1.4 The draw will result the following:

• 1st prize: 1 winner and 10 runners-up
• 2nd prize: 1 winner and 10 runners-up
• 3rd prize: 5 winners and 10 runners-up
• 4rth prize: 94 winners

1.5 Each participating member is solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information submitted. In the event that any incomplete or inaccurate information is submitted, Stoiximan has the right throughout the duration of the competition, as well as after its end, to exclude it from the process, even at the stage of delivery of the prize, without any claim or demand on its part.

1.6 Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.

2. Winners' Information - Prize Claim

2.1 The communication (by phone and/or email) with the winners of the prizes, for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes, is undertaken by the company CARE DIRECT S.A., located at Premetis 2 - Agios Dimitrios 17342, with Tax ID 095594723.

2.2 Specifically, within two (2) working days from the Draw and the identification of the Winners, CARE DIRECT S.A. will contact the Winners by telephone to inform them that they have won the Prize. During this communication, each Winner will be asked (a) if they accept the recording of the call, (b) if they accept the Prize and (c) if they agree to consent to the processing of their personal data. If he/she answers in the affirmative to the above, he/she will be asked to provide his/her full details for each type of prize (or any additional details deemed necessary) to confirm his/her identity when giving each prize. If a Winner refuses the recording of the call, the process of delivery of their prize cannot proceed and their entry will be cancelled. If a Winner fails to respond within (2) two (2) business days or communication with the Winner is not possible for any reason not involving the Organizer or the Organizer's associates, e.g. voicemail, wrong phone, phone stolen, no answer, etc, or declares that he/she does not accept his/her Prize, then his/her participation will be CANCELLED and the Prize will be passed on to the first runner-up for whom the above procedure will be similarly followed, and so on.

2.3 The winners of the 4th prize (Free Bet) will be notified via email and a personal message in their Stoiximan account.

3. Trip for an UEFA Europa League match

3.1 Trip for two (2) people to any location of the winner’s choice among those included in the 1st matchday of the UEFA Europa League. Airfare, accommodation, and tickets for the selected match are included.

The person accompanying the winner on the trip must be at least 21 years of age.

3.3 Changing the date of the trip is not possible under any circumstances and for any reason.

3.4 The winner and the accompanying member must have all the documents required for the trip.

3.5 Before the trip can take place, the winner and the accompanying person must complete a relevant form relating to the Organised Trip. If the form is not completed and signed by the winner and the accompanying person within 2 days of receipt, their participation in the Organised Trip will be cancelled.

3.6 The entrant declares that he/she has read, understood and expressly and unconditionally agrees to the General Terms and Conditions of Participation.

3.7 Neither Stoiximan, nor CARE DIRECT S.A. is liable for any delays or damages caused by third parties and any claim of the Traveler is addressed to the final service providers, such as airline, transport companies, hotels, etc.).

3.8 The Winner and the accompanying person consent to the collection and processing of their personal data deemed necessary for the processing of the trip (full name in Latin, date of birth, valid passport number and a photocopy of the inner side of the passport, expiry date, type of passport, nationality, gender, email address and telephone number) with Stoiximan's travel partner for the purpose of providing travel services, communication and valid participation in the Organised Trip. The Travel Partner, as the Data Controller, processes the data transparently, respectfully and by applying all required technical security measures as communicated to it by the Organizer and in full compliance with the relevant applicable European and national legislation. Such data will not be retained after 3 months. Under the legislation on the protection of personal data, the winner has the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, portability of his/her data, opposition to processing, restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

4.  Memorabilia - Materials Prizes

• 2nd prize (Places 3-7): Official UEFA Europa League ball

4.1  The winners of the memorabilia prizes will receive their prize free of charge by courier at the address they have indicated during the telephone contact with CARE DIRECT S.A. In the event that Stoiximan is unable to deliver the prize to a winner for any reason, through no fault of its own, after 10 days from the dispatch of the prize or if a winner refuses the prize, or if the Organizer decides to cancel such winner's entry under these terms and conditions, the prize will be permanently discarded and any obligation of the Organizer will cease and the above companies will not have any obligation to the entrants in the contest.

4.2 Stoiximan accepts no responsibility in the event of any unsuccessful attempts to contact the winner / runner-up (such as, but not limited to: the contact details declared are not correct or the declared contact number is not answered or in the case of a call to a mobile phone is deactivated, or in the event that he/she failed to receive the Prize) and reserves the right to award the Prize to the runners-up - or to cancel it.

4.3 Stoiximan is not responsible for any damage caused by the use of the prizes in any contest.

3. Free Spins

3rd Prize: 100 Free Spins

3.1 Winners will be notified via email and a personal message to their Stoiximan account.

3.2 The Free Spins (worth €0.10 each) will be available for 7 days from the date of activation and can be used on the Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness (Play 'n GO) slot.

3.3 Any winnings from the Free Spins are instantly withdrawable and have no wagering requirement.

3.4 In contests with duration and completion within the same dates, members are only entitled to one (1) prize for use on the Stoiximan platform (Free Spins or Free Bet), regardless of whether they are on the winners' list for the same prizes in more than one contest. Stoiximan chooses which of the contests to credit the prize to the member who has won more than once.

6. Personal Data

4.1 As part of the contest, Stoiximan collects the personal data deemed necessary for participation in the contest, the selection of the winner, Stoiximan's communication with the winner and the attendant chosen by the winner and the awarding of the prize.

The data that will be collected in order to run and participate in the contest is the full name, email address, mobile phone and username of the Stoiximan account.

Stoiximan processes data transparently, respectfully and by applying all required technical security measures in full compliance with the relevant applicable European and national legislation. Stoiximan shall transfer such data to Care Direct who will process the data on the instructions and under the instructions of the Organizer.

These data will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, in the context of this contest.

6.2 By sending the aforementioned personal data to the Organizer via email, the winner and/or the accompanying person actively and expressly provide their prior consent to the processing of the data for the purpose of awarding the prize.

6.3 Consent can be withdrawn by either the winner or his/her companion at any time by sending an email to dpo-office@stoiximan.gr .

Any request for revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to and including the date of that request. However, failure to provide the data, provision of incorrect or inaccurate data, or a request to withdraw consent before the prize is awarded will result in the prize being awarded to the next winner who meets the conditions of the contest.

This data will not be retained by Stoiximan after the end of this contest.

6.4 Stoiximan, only if it has received the prior express consent of the winner and the accompanying member via a specific written consent form, reserves the right to publish and use for promotional purposes the list of winners, photographs, film and video and possibly use any news item related to the awarding and realisation of the prizes of the contest, provided that this is only for the promotional purpose of the contest in question.  In particular, detailed information regarding such processing, if and when it applies to the specific contest, will be provided to the winner(s) at the time the contest prize is awarded.

6.5 Under the legislation on the protection of personal data, participants, the winner and his/her companion have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, portability of their data, opposition to processing, restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, e.g. the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
