1. Description/Timeframe of the contest

1.1 Every new member of Stoiximan Nation can participate in the competition completely free of charge for 7 days from their registration. For the already existing members, the contest belongs to the Silver category and participation in it requires a deposit(s) of a total value of 10€ in the last 30 days in your Stoiximan account. Only registered Stoiximan members who are at least 21 years of age and have an active account are eligible to participate.

In the contest, the following prizes will be drawn:

• 1st prize (Places 1-5): Meet Olympic champion Miltos Tentoglou in Volos and get tickets to the Greek Outdoor Athletics Championship (August 2–3).
• 2nd prize (Places 6 to 10): 50€ Ferryhopper voucher
• 4th prize: (Places 11 to 100): 50 Free Spins.

1.2. Its duration, during which Stoiximan members will be able to submit their entries, will be from 20/6/2025 at 00:01 until 06/7/2025 23:59.

1.3 The draw will take place on 07/7/2025 using electronic means that will ensure both the randomness of the selection and the impossibility of human intervention.

1.4 Changing the date of the tour is not possible under any circumstances and for any reason.

1.5 The draw will result the following:

• 1st prize: 5 winners and ten runners-up
• 2nd prize: 5 winners and ten runners-up
• 3rd prize: 90 winners

1.6 Each participating member is solely responsible for the truth, accuracy, completeness and correctness of the information submitted. In the event that any incomplete or inaccurate information is submitted, Stoiximan has the right throughout the duration of the contest, as well as after its end, to exclude it from the process, even at the prize delivery stage, without any claim or demand on its part.

1.7 Prizes are personal, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for money or other prizes.

2. Winners' Information - Prize Claim

2.1 The selection of the winners will be carried out by means of an electronic draw, which ensures the randomness of the selection and the impossibility of human intervention during the selection process. A relevant proof will remain on file with the Organiser.

2.2 The contact (by phone and/or email) with the winners of the prizes for the invitations, has been undertaken by the company CARE DIRECT S.A., located at 2 Premetis 2 - Agios Dimitrios 17342, with VAT 095594723.

2.3 During the winner's communication with the CARE DIRECT representative, the winner will be asked if he/she accepts the Prize and if he/she answers in the affirmative, he/she will be asked for his/her full details (or any additional details deemed necessary) to confirm his/her identity (such as, but not limited to, full name, date of birth, social security number for the issuance of each invitation and an email).

2.4 When the winner communicates with the CARE DIRECT representative, the winner will be asked if he/she accepts the recording of the call. If the winner declines the recording of the call, the prize delivery process cannot proceed and the entry will be cancelled.

2.5 If the Winner does not respond within 3 hours, communication is not possible etc., or states that he/she does not accept his/her Prize, the Promoter is released from any obligation towards the Winner and the Prize will be passed on to the first runner-up (alternate) for whom the above procedure will similarly be followed and so on.

2.6 Information on the procedure for the submission of the double invitation (the Prize) will be provided by CARE DIRECT. In the event that the aforementioned 3-hour deadline for the Winners' response has passed without the Winner or Alternate Winner accepting the Prize or without the Winner or Alternate Winner being able to be contacted, the right to the Prize will be definitively lost and no claim can be made against the Promoter and/or the Advertising Company.

2.7 The prize will be sent by CARE DIRECT (stoiximan@caredirect.com) to the email address provided by the winner during the phone call.

2.8 The participant declares that he/she has read, understood and expressly and unconditionally agrees with the General Terms and Conditions.

2.9 Stoiximan and CARE DIRECT S.A. are not responsible for any delays or damages caused by third parties and any claim of the winner is addressed to the final service providers in cases such as postponements of matches, closed doors etc.).

2.10 The Winner and the accompanying person(s) consent to the collection and processing of their personal data which are deemed necessary for the award of the prize.

3. Ferryhopper voucher

• 2nd prize (Positions 6 to 10): 50€ Ferryhopper voucher

3.1 The discount code can be used for bookings made exclusively through the Ferryhopper App (Ferryhopper's mobile app) until 27/07/2025 at 23:59, and for travel until 31/12/2025.

3.2 The minimum booking price is €150.

3.3 For return journeys, the booking must be made for both itineraries at the same time.

3.4 The code can only be used once. Each discount coupon has a value of €20. In case of cancellation of the booking, the value of the voucher is non-refundable and the code cannot be reused.

4. Free Spins

2nd Prize: 50 Free Spins

4.1 Winners will be notified via email and personal message to their Stoiximan account.

4.2 The Free Spins (worth €0.10 each) will be available for 7 days from the date of activation and can be used on the Rich Wilde and the Tome of Madness (Play 'n GO) slot.

4.3 Any winnings from the Free Spins are immediately withdrawable and have no wagering requirements.

4.4 In contests with duration and completion within the same dates, members are only entitled to one (1) prize for use on the Stoiximan platform (Free Spins or Free Bet), regardless of whether they are on the winners' list for the same prizes in more than one contest. Stoiximan chooses which of the contests to credit the prize to the member who has won more than once.

5. Personal Data

5.1 As part of the contest, Stoiximan collects the personal data deemed necessary for participation in the contest, the selection of the winner, Stoiximan's communication with the winner and the attendant chosen by the winner and the awarding of the prize.

The data that will be collected in order to run and participate in the contest is the full name, email address, mobile phone and username of the Stoiximan account.

Stoiximan processes data transparently, respectfully and by applying all required technical security measures in full compliance with the relevant applicable European and national legislation. Stoiximan shall transfer such data to Care Direct who will process the data on the instructions and under the instructions of the Organizer.

These data will not be used for any purpose other than those mentioned above, in the context of this contest.

5.2 By sending the aforementioned personal data to the Organizer via email, the winner and/or the accompanying person actively and expressly provide their prior consent to the processing of the data for the purpose of awarding the prize.

5.3 Consent can be withdrawn by either the winner or his/her companion at any time by sending an email to dpo-office@stoiximan.gr .

Any request for revocation shall not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out up to and including the date of that request. However, failure to provide the data, provision of incorrect or inaccurate data, or a request to withdraw consent before the prize is awarded will result in the prize being awarded to the next winner who meets the conditions of the contest.

This data will not be retained by Stoiximan after the end of this contest.

5.4 Stoiximan, only if it has received the prior express consent of the winner and the accompanying member via a specific written consent form, reserves the right to publish and use for promotional purposes the list of winners, photographs, film and video and possibly use any news item related to the awarding and realisation of the prizes of the contest, provided that this is only for the promotional purpose of the contest in question.  In particular, detailed information regarding such processing, if and when it applies to the specific contest, will be provided to the winner(s) at the time the contest prize is awarded.

5.5 Under the legislation on the protection of personal data, participants, the winner and his/her companion have the right to information, access, rectification, erasure, portability of their data, opposition to processing, restriction of processing, as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority, e.g. the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
